Sesame Potatoes

This is such a quick, easy, and delicious recipe!

Ingredients:
4 small potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp mirin

Method:
1. Boil potatoes until tender.
2. Heat a non-stick pan and add the potatoes to dry them out.
3. Add sesame oil and fry on high heat. Add sesame seeds
4. Add the mirin and soy sauce and mix well.
5. There is no rush to remove them from the heat. I like them a bit browned.
6. Serve as is.
